Licensing Policy

DHIMIX AI sources music exclusively from open-licensed catalogs. We do not host or distribute copyrighted music without appropriate licensing rights.

Music from Jamendo is licensed under Creative Commons licenses, most commonly CC BY (Attribution) or CC BY-SA (Attribution-ShareAlike). These licenses permit:

• Free streaming and personal listening
• Commercial use (where the specific CC variant allows)
• Sharing with attribution to the original artist

Attribution requirement: When sharing or using Jamendo tracks outside this platform, you must credit the artist and include a link to the license. The platform displays artist names and license types in the License Center.

Music from Pixabay is provided under the Pixabay License, which permits:

• Free use for personal and commercial projects
• No attribution required
• Modification and adaptation

Restriction: Pixabay content cannot be redistributed or sold as a standalone file.

Tracks in the verified R2 cloud collection are individually sourced and carry their original license (Pixabay License or Creative Commons). The license for each track is visible in the License Center and on recommendation cards.

Music streamed through DHIMIX AI is for personal listening only. You may not:

• Download or redistribute audio files from the platform
• Use streamed audio in broadcast or commercial productions without verifying individual track licenses
• Remove or obscure license attribution information

DHIMIX AI maintains a public License Center showing the verification status of all catalog sources. We target 100% verified compliance and remove any tracks that cannot be verified.

If you believe any track in our catalog infringes copyright or violates licensing terms, please contact us immediately. We will investigate and remove the content within 48 hours of a valid notice.
