Terms of Service

By accessing or using DHIMIX AI (the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Platform. These Terms apply to all visitors and users, with or without a connected account.

DHIMIX AI is an AI-powered music recommendation and discovery platform. It analyses your stated preferences — genre, mood, energy level, and listening history — to suggest tracks from open-licensed music catalogs. The Platform also provides:

• A Music DNA profile built from your feedback and listening patterns
• A Favorites system for saving tracks across sessions
• A Listening History log of successfully played tracks
• A License Center displaying per-track licensing information
• Optional Spotify integration for profile enrichment

The Platform is provided for personal use and evaluation. All personalisation data is stored locally in your browser. DHIMIX AI does not operate a user account database.

By using DHIMIX AI, you agree to use the Platform only for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with these Terms. Specifically, you agree not to:

• Circumvent, disable, or abuse rate limits, API access controls, or any other technical restriction implemented by the Platform
• Scrape, mirror, copy, or systematically download catalog content, recommendation data, or any part of the Platform without prior written permission
• Redistribute, re-upload, or commercially exploit audio tracks obtained through the Platform beyond what their individual licenses permit
• Use the Platform to infringe the intellectual property rights of any third party, including the artists whose music appears in the catalog
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, extract, or replicate the AI recommendation logic or scoring models used by the Platform
• Use the Platform in a way that could damage, overload, or impair its servers or infrastructure
• Use the Platform for any illegal or unauthorised purpose

You are solely responsible for your use of any music track accessed through DHIMIX AI, including compliance with the applicable license terms for that track.

DHIMIX AI platform. The DHIMIX AI name, interface design, AI recommendation logic, Music DNA system, scoring engine, and all associated software are proprietary to their respective creators. Nothing in these Terms grants you a licence to copy, distribute, or create derivative works from the Platform itself.

Music content. All music tracks available through the Platform belong to their respective artists, composers, and rights holders. DHIMIX AI does not claim ownership of any music content. Rights are governed solely by the license attached to each individual track, as displayed in the License Center.

Open-source components. DHIMIX AI is built on open-source software. Those components are used in accordance with their respective licenses and are not claimed as proprietary.

DHIMIX AI streams music from two external sources. We do not own, host (in the case of Jamendo), or control this content beyond what the relevant licenses permit. By using the Platform, you acknowledge that:

• Music availability depends on the continued operation of those third-party services
• Track metadata, stream quality, and catalog contents may change without notice
• Your use of any track must comply with the license terms stated for that track

Music sourced from Jamendo is licensed by independent artists under Creative Commons licenses. DHIMIX AI accesses the Jamendo catalog via its public API using a read-only client ID.

DHIMIX AI is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or partnered with Jamendo. Jamendo's catalog, API availability, and licensing terms are controlled entirely by Jamendo SAS and are subject to change. DHIMIX AI makes no representations about the continued availability of any Jamendo track.

Attribution requirements and commercial use rights vary by track and by the specific Creative Commons license applied. You are responsible for reading and complying with the license displayed for each track in the License Center before using music outside this Platform.

The Cloud Showcase is a small, curated collection of audio files hosted on Cloudflare R2. It is provided for demonstration and evaluation purposes only and is not a commercial music library.

Tracks in the Cloud Showcase carry their original licenses from their source platforms (such as the Pixabay License). License status for each track — Reviewed, Licensed, Pending Review, or Unknown — is displayed in the License Center.

Tracks with a status of "Unknown" or "Pending Review" have not been formally verified and are included for demonstration purposes only. DHIMIX AI makes no warranty as to the suitability of Cloud Showcase tracks for any use outside the Platform. You assume full responsibility for any such use.

The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranty of any kind — express, implied, or statutory. DHIMIX AI does not warrant that:

• The Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at any given time
• Music recommendations will match your preferences
• Catalog content from Jamendo or the Cloud Showcase will remain accessible
• Audio stream quality will meet any particular standard

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, DHIMIX AI and its creators, contributors, and operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of data, loss of revenue, or interruption of service — arising from or related to your use of, or inability to use, the Platform, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

In jurisdictions that do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitation of certain liabilities, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Connecting a Spotify account is optional and provides profile enrichment features. DHIMIX AI is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Spotify AB. The integration uses Spotify's public OAuth API within the permitted scope of Spotify's Developer Terms of Service.

Spotify account access may be revoked at any time from your Spotify account settings or from the DHIMIX AI Profile page. DHIMIX AI does not store Spotify credentials or persist your Spotify data beyond the active session.

DHIMIX AI is under active development. We may add, modify, or remove features at any time without notice. We may also update these Terms. When we do, the "Last updated" date at the top of this page will change. Continued use of the Platform after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

We will not introduce changes that retroactively impose new obligations on past use.

These Terms are governed by applicable law in the jurisdiction in which DHIMIX AI operates. Any disputes shall be resolved in good faith through direct communication before any formal action is taken.
