DMCA & Copyright Policy

DHIMIX AI streams music exclusively from two sources:

• Jamendo — Creative Commons–licensed tracks from independent artists. DHIMIX AI accesses these via Jamendo's public API using a read-only client ID.
• Cloud Showcase — A small, curated demonstration collection hosted on Cloudflare R2. Tracks in this collection have been reviewed for licensing suitability. License status is visible in the License Center.

DHIMIX AI does not host, reproduce, or distribute music from commercial catalogs (Spotify, Apple Music, major labels, etc.) and does not circumvent any digital rights management system.

If you are a copyright owner or authorised agent and believe that a track served through DHIMIX AI infringes your copyright, you may submit a formal DMCA takedown notice. To be valid under 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3), your notice must include all of the following:

1. Identification of the copyrighted work — a description of the work you claim has been infringed (e.g., track title, artist, release year, label).
2. Identification of the infringing material — the specific track URL or filename within DHIMIX AI that you believe is infringing.
3. Your contact information — name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
4. Good faith statement — a statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
5. Accuracy statement — a statement that the information in your notice is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or authorised to act on their behalf.
6. Physical or electronic signature — your physical or electronic signature.

Upon receipt of a valid, complete takedown notice, DHIMIX AI will:

• Acknowledge receipt within 24 hours
• Remove or disable access to the identified material within 48 hours
• Notify you once the content has been removed

Incomplete notices (missing any of the required elements above) will not be actioned until the deficiency is corrected.

If you believe your content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notice under 17 U.S.C. § 512(g). A valid counter-notice must include your contact information, identification of the removed material, a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed by mistake, and your consent to jurisdiction of the federal court for your district.

DHIMIX AI will terminate access for any source or catalog entry that is subject to repeated valid DMCA takedown notices, in accordance with our repeat infringer policy.

Under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f), any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material is infringing may be liable for damages, including costs and attorneys' fees. Submit takedown notices only if you have a good faith belief that the use is infringing.
